Tips for e-learning
To get the most out of your e-learning experience, consider the following:
- Schedule time to complete each module.
- If possible complete the training away from your desk.
- Close all other programmes on your pc, e.g. email, skype, and other internet pages to avoid interruptions.
- Set your phone to voicemail and turn off your mobile phone
- Keep a note book and pen nearby as you may want to note key learning points as you complete the module.
- If appropriate de-brief learning content with colleagues following the session.
- Think about how you might practically apply the learning in your own work.
